its almost over (sort of)

Im not sure who all knows this, but I (brandon) have a pretty good job opportunity in Southern California, (LA area) that is probably going to be where we will end up for a while. I met the company at an information session that they did here on campus and after it was over, I talked to him (Gregg Riddle) about setting up an interview with him since I would not be able to make it to the career fair to chat with them. So he invited me and Megan to go to lunch with him the next day! The interview went very well and he is going to fly us down to see the company on Dec. 18th until the 21st. They are putting us up in a hotel and getting us a rental car as well. THATS COOL! My friend Gavin was the other candidate that they chose to go further in the interview process, and he just got back from his trip to see the company. He said that it was even better than what we had expected. He is expecting his offer this week (he graduates in Dec.) and I will be getting one shortly after our visit. The pay is great, projects are awesome (Universal Studios, and disney land, etc.) and to top it off...they pay 100% insurance.

So that is all exciting, another exciting thing is that we only have 5 weeks of school left, and it looks like my grades are going to make the mark. I had 2 As, 4Bs and 1 C, and since mid terms, i have bought that C up to a B. Graduation is on Dec. 12th and Megan and I will walk together. That will be cool. So if any of you want to come, let us know, we would love it if you were able to make it, but understand if you can't. I already got all of my classes registered for next semester, and I am set to graduate for real in April. Megan and I are excited for next semester because she wont have any classes and mine dont start until 9 and i am done at 4, which is basically her work hours, so we can actually have dinner together!! and we will see each other more that 1 or 2 hours a day. (that really is about what it has been) and my credit load will be significantly lower as well, i never would have though that i would say this...but i ONLY have 18.5 credits next semester. It is going to be a breeze. especially after this semester.

oh, and another thing, Adena, you will love this...LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW. oh wait...no..NO! dont let it snow! but it is. its not sticking yet, but the weather outside is frightful...(is that corny? sorry) it has been quite nice until today. i guess we will see how bad it gets when we wake up tomorrow.
