This past week

So this past week was a good one. I will start at last Sunday. Bruce, the owner of the house we are renting, and the father-in-law of my brother-in-law Montana, works for Clabber Girl, and the owner of the company is also the owner of the Indy Race League. So, Bruce is able to use the indy races as shmoozing of sorts for clients or potential clients. So he sent some of his clients, and had an extra ticket...FOR ME!!! So we got there at 9 am-ish. We walked around the stands, then we used our VIP tickets to get into the race car garage with the drivers and teams and all kinds of cool stuff, including the paddock club which is where the famous people eat. So we ate breakfast with Jonny Rutherford. He has won the indy 3 times. Then we walked around and looked at the cars and stuff. Then we talked with Bruces boss and some of his clients and his boss, then we went and looked at some of the exhibits and all kinds of neat car stuff. Then we had lunch with Patrick Dempsey. But i didnt get any pictures of him because we ate in the VIP section of the VIP section. and the chef for the day has cooked for 3 U.S. presidents and Gorbachof. (spell check on that one). So then came the race, vroom...(2 minutes passes) VROOM (2 more minutes pass) VROOM!!!, etc etc etc. 85 times around the track. oh ya, and somewhere in there we saw Gene Simmons, Mr. Kiss himself, minus the face paint, but plus one frikken ugly face and hair do. We got free t-shirts and ball caps. the whole day was AWESOME!!! (the computer wont upload the pictures i took, so those will have to come later.
